1. The deal

ZAPLODE is a game offered by jolved labs. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.

2. Use of the game

You may play ZAPLODE for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

cheat, script, or submit fake or manipulated scores to the leaderboard;
disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or attack the game or its servers;
use a display name that is offensive, infringing, impersonating, or that contains personal data about yourself or others.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset boards, or block abuse at our discretion to keep play fair.

3. Your content

The only thing you submit is a display name and gameplay results. You're responsible for the handle you choose and grant us permission to display it publicly on the leaderboard. Keep it clean.

4. Intellectual property

ZAPLODE, its name, art, code, audio and design are owned by jolved labs and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to play the game. You may share screenshots and scores for non-commercial purposes.

5. Availability & changes

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". It's an indie title under active development — features, leaderboards and availability may change or be discontinued at any time, without notice.

6. Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jolved labs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where jolved labs operates. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
